OUR DUST HASN'T SETTLED YET!
Phase One of our renovation project was to get Shallots Bistro open again to serve our loyal patrons as quickly as possible. We know we still have much work to do.
Under the leadership of Chef Carlos and Chef Justin, our food is as delicious as ever and we are working on restoring our ambiance, comfort, and service.
Phase Two & Three of our renovation will include these enhancements:
- New chairs, tables, and upholstered booths
- Updated flooring
- Variable/dimmable lighting
- Sound dampening materials
- Wine display racks/cases
- New artwork/photography
- Large sukka and outdoor lounge area
- Additional planters and patio enhancements
We truly appreciate your patronage, loyalty and patience as we upgrade.
While our renovations continue, we are offering all of our guests a complimentary glass of wine with every dinner ordered.
